QHHT Official will process your premium subscription purchase as promptly as possible. Your payment details must be verified before your subscription can be activated. If your initial payment authorization is revoked, your subscription will be terminated.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically each month/year unless you cancel according to our cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details, and ensure that your payment details are up to date. We reserve the right to reject any subscription order at any time.

Cancellation Policy: Monthly forum subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests for yearly subscriptions will be prorated at $12.50 USD per remaining month, minus a $15 administrative fee.

Suspensions: If at any time you want to suspend your account, please contact our office.
